1、 Lightweight:
RTO furnace insulation-specialized ceramic fiber materials weigh only 1/30 to 1/10 of traditional refractory materials, significantly reducing the weight load of the RTO furnace insulation structure and lowering the project cost of the RTO furnace.
2、 Low thermal conductivity:
At room temperature, the thermal conductivity is less than 0.03 W/(m·K), providing excellent insulation, better retaining heat within the regenerative chamber, which reduces the need for auxiliary fuel and lowers operating costs. After using ceramic fiber lining for insulation, the RTO furnace surface temperature is low and its service life is long.
3、Good thermal shock resistance:
Ceramic fiber has good thermal shock resistance and can cope with the alternating hot and cold caused by the periodic replacement of the RTO furnace air inlet, ensuring the integrity of the furnace lining. The lightweight, high-temperature-resistant ceramic fiber lining of the RTO furnace, due to its excellent resilience, forms a dense, airtight refractory layer immediately after the pre-compressed refractory modules are installed and the packing straps are removed, without the need to reserve expansion joints.
4、 Strong chemical stability:
Ceramic fiber is an inorganic non-metallic material with extremely strong chemical stability and is not easily affected by the harsh combustion atmosphere inside the RTO furnace.
5、Reduces noise pollution:
Ceramic fiber blankets are composed of ultrafine inorganic fibers woven into irregular porous refractory materials, providing excellent sound-absorbing and noise-reducing environmental performance. As a result, the combustion process of toxic waste gases in the RTO furnace is like occurring inside a well-functioning silencer. The operating noise is very low, greatly improving the production environment of the plant.
