Reasonable price and low cost.
Aladdin ceramic fiber paper (aluminum silicate paper) is a lightweight thermal insulation material with a typical bulk density of around 200kg/m³. As an inorganic material, it features low bulk density, fire resistance, superior thermal insulation, electrical insulation and high resilience. It is widely used as high-temperature gaskets and sealing rings, and is highly suitable for thermal insulation of new energy vehicle battery packs.
II. Introduction to Aladdin Ceramic Fiber Paper
Made from high-purity ceramic fibers via vacuum filtration forming on continuous production lines, this paper features uniform fiber distribution and high tensile strength.
A variety of thickness options are available to meet diverse selection demands, helping achieve optimal thermal insulation structures and economic benefits.
It boasts excellent chemical corrosion resistance, except against hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, strong alkalis such as sodium oxide (Na₂O) and potassium oxide (K₂O). Its high-temperature thermal insulation performance remains unaffected by oil contamination.
