Aladdin biosoluble blanket is manufactured via needle-punching process with biosoluble fibers, available in various thicknesses and bulk densities. Its primary chemical components include silica together with alkaline earth metal oxides such as calcium oxide and magnesium oxide. The unique chemical composition endows the material with outstanding high-temperature resistance and low biopersistence. The finished blanket features high tensile strength and low shot content.
No binders or lubricants are added throughout the whole production process, so no smoke or peculiar odor will be released during the first high-temperature firing. The alumina content of the product is less than 1%, enabling biodegradation inside the human body as well as biodegradability in natural environments. It is an eco-friendly biosoluble ceramic fiber blanket.
