1. Outstanding High-Temperature Resistance

  • Wide classification temperature range: Three grades available (1260, 1430 and 1600 series), with long-term service temperatures spanning 1000℃ to 1450℃.

  • Low thermal conductivity: Thermal conductivity reaches merely 0.30 W/(m·K) at an average temperature of 1000℃, effectively blocking heat transfer and cutting heat loss of equipment.

2. Stable Physical & Chemical Properties

  • Low linear shrinkage: Linear change rate ≤3.0% after 24-hour heating at 1350℃, delivering exceptional dimensional stability under high heat.

  • Superior chemical erosion resistance: Non-wettable against most molten metals including aluminum alloy. Its corrosion and scouring resistance can be further enhanced by surface coating with refractory mortar or hardener.

  • High mechanical strength: Compressive strength (at 10% compression) ≥0.2 MPa. The material combines good toughness with remarkable resistance to wind erosion and thermal shock.

3. Lightweight & Easy On-Site Processing

  • Low bulk density (300~600 kg/m³), drastically lowering load on industrial equipment.

  • Flexible custom machining: Can be freely cut and drilled before firing to fit on-site installation demands.

  • Low heat capacity design: Minimizes heat storage loss and speeds up temperature rise, achieving 20%–40% energy efficiency improvement.

  • Direct flame contact applicability: Can serve as hot-face lining materials without pre-firing of furnaces, enabling rapid commissioning right after installation.
