II. Bulk Ceramic Fiber: The Source of All Products

Bulk ceramic fiber serves as the raw material for all finished products. Aladdin manufactures various grades of bulk fiber via the spinning process.

Bulk fiber can be directly used as high-temperature filling material, or processed into ceramic fiber textile wool — cotton-like inorganic fiber products featuring high temperature resistance, thermal insulation and fire resistance.

Ceramic fiber blanket is our flagship product in the Aladdin product lineup. It is produced from bulk fiber through double-sided needling to form continuous laid fiber blankets.

  • Spun long fibers combined with double-sided needling create tough, highly resilient and high-strength blankets with reliable tear resistance both before and after heating.

  • Free of organic binders; resistant to chemical corrosion (except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkalis).

  • Properties remain unaffected by oil and water; thermal and physical performance can be fully restored after drying.

IV. Ceramic Fiber Board: Rigid Heavy-Duty Insulator

If blankets are flexible, boards are rigid. Ceramic fiber boards are manufactured by vacuum forming with higher density and mechanical strength.

V. Ceramic Fiber Module: Efficient Solution for Rapid Installation

Ceramic fiber module is an upgraded form of fiber blanket. It is manufactured by cutting or folding fiber blankets and compressing them into block units. Compressing and laminating blankets increases density to reduce energy loss inside kilns and improve thermal insulation performance.

Core Advantages

  • Unbound folded blankets expand in multiple directions after strapping removal, eliminating gaps between modules.

  • Elastic fiber blankets withstand mechanical loads, and elasticity compensates for furnace shell deformation.

  • Lightweight with low heat absorption when used as insulation; low thermal conductivity delivers remarkable energy-saving effects.

  • Tolerant to thermal shock; the lining requires no drying or curing and can be put into service right after installation.

  • The anchoring system is separated from the hot face, so metal anchors operate at relatively low temperatures for extended service life.

Petrochemical heaters, reformers, high-temperature cracking pipelines; ladle covers, reheating furnaces and annealing furnaces in the steel industry; pit-type soaking furnaces and crucible furnaces for aluminum processing; tunnel kilns and intermittent kilns for ceramic industry; boiler combustion chambers, flues, etc.
