Supported by advanced manufacturing processes, the products feature evenly distributed internal fibers, uniform bulk density and precise forming dimensions.
Product Performance
• Excellent temperature resistance: Operating temperature ranges from 100℃ to 1450℃, suitable for most high-temperature industrial scenarios.• Superior thermal insulation: Ultra-low thermal conductivity effectively blocks heat transfer with outstanding temperature control and heat preservation performance.• Lightweight yet high strength: The density is only 250–600 kg/m³, much lower than traditional refractory materials. It boasts excellent compressive strength without imposing extra load on equipment.• Wide adaptability: High temperature resistance, anti-aging property and favorable chemical stability enable application in harsh complex industrial environments. Notice: For organic-type products, slight smoking and surface discoloration may occur during the first heating as residual organic substances volatilize naturally. This is a normal process characteristic and will not affect product performance. The condition will disappear once heating is completed.
