Polycrstalline Alumina Fiber Needled Blanket is manufactured from high-purity polycrystalline alumina fibers. The fibers are produced via the sol-gel chemical route, formed by spinning or blowing, and calcined at high temperatures. The blanket is then fabricated through an enhanced double-sided needling process. It contains 71–73% alumina and features a stable microcrystalline internal structure.
